The Marion Chamber of Commerce is committed to providing services to member businesses, improving the quality of life and promoting Marion in the region as a great place for you, your family and your business. By joining the Marion Chamber, you are helping to further these goals and show your support for your community. Business memberships start as low as $150 and individual memberships are only $75 annually.
One of the Chamber’s most important membership benefits is your listing on the Chamber website. On your listing, we show your company name, a contact name, physical address, phone number, and your website address.
Business After Hours
Business After Hours events are a wonderful opportunity to invite fellow Chamber members in to your place of business. We will advertise your event and encourage other members to join us in attending.
Ribbon Cuttings & Grand Openings
New and existing member businesses are given a great photo opportunity for your grand opening, ground breaking ceremonies, special anniversaries, or simply to announce your new membership to other members with a ribbon cutting and/or open house at your place of business.
A plaque in recognition of your membership is given to you upon your membership to be displayed at your place of business. The plaques are updated annually as your membership dues are paid.
The Chamber staff wants to see your business succeed and we actively refer our member businesses to residents and visitors to our area. We receive many phone calls and visits each week requesting business information, and our goal is to be sure that they know about you.
Relocation & Business Information Center
The Chamber office distributes relocation and visitor information on an as-needed basis. We are happy to display members’ business cards, brochures, coupons, rack cards, etc. in our information area. In addition to members’ business literature, the Chamber also has phone books, city and state maps, tourist information and free local publications.
Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities
The Marion Chamber hosts several large events annually that offer wonderful sponsorship opportunities. This gives you a chance to get your name out to a large audience and lets people know that you support these local events.
Marion Matters is our weekly newsletter that is designed to keep you informed about what’s happening in Marion. We will let you know about Chamber events such as ribbon cuttings, business after hours and other special activities, as well as community events that are important to us all.
